For over 90 years, R.F. Mau Company has been a family-owned and operated leader in the precision machining industry, specializing in the manufacture of both high- and low-volume brass, copper, and aluminum parts. Our capabilities include multiple spindle and CNC Swiss machines, in diameters ranging from 0.1875" to 2.250" and tolerances as tight as ±.0005".
Our Chicago-based facility boasts 40+ multi-spindle screw machines and 7 CNC Swiss machines, supported by MSO and Haas turning centers with robotic applications for additional efficiencies. We produce parts using a variety of processes, including threading, milling, cutting, whirling, boring, drilling, knurling, and slotting. Our skilled machinists can create components for a wide range of applications.
